Job Description Banquet Servers are responsible for preparing food and beverage stations and serving food and beverages to guests at banquet functions in accordance with hotel standards. Job Responsibilities: Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly and service-oriented manner. Perform preparatory tasks and side work duties to ensure guests are served promptly and efficiently. Read and follow the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and become familiar with the menu for the assigned function. Respond to guest problems and complaints and communicate with management when necessary. Set up and replenish food, beverage, buffet, and service stations according to the BEO and hotel standards, with the appropriate supplies and service equipment. Maintain the banquet storeroom in a neat and orderly manner, stocked with supplies necessary for food service functions. Clean the banquet space after each function and ensure all supplies and equipment are stored and restocked properly. Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
