The opportunity Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring a full-time or part-time Lounge Server to join our team at Monsieur Dior by Dominique Crenn in Beverly Hills, California. As a Server, you will be responsible for representing our restaurant and creating lasting impressions through your exceptional service, making each guest feel valued and satisfied. Greet and attend to guests’ needs, provide menus, and clearly communicate restaurant specials, answering menu questions, and collecting food and beverage orders in the lounge Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all alcohol service policies and procedures Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments, and deliver the check to guests Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties, and ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning Support the bar team with maintaining the bar, lounge and lounge patio portions of the restaurant Prepare all lounge mise en place and maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout service More about you Experience in cash handling and credit card processing Minimum of 2 years of experience as a server in a high-volume environment and experience with a point-of-sale system in a service or hospitality environment Basic knowledge of both wine and wine service, with an emphasizes on French and Californian wines Knowledge of classic cocktails No high school diploma or GED required Physical requirements Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Shift details Days Evenings Holidays M-F Weekends Source: Hcareers
